Estrutura Projectada por Engenheiros Qualificados

Estrutura base em vigas de madeira tratada para exterior, com reforços transversais feito através de um sistema de encaixe desenvolvido no Japão há milhares de anos e ainda hoje em utilização. Todo o sistema de fixação dos vários elementos é feito por via de parafusos especiais para madeira, o que reforça todo o sistema estrutural da casa e aumenta a resistência e a tracção aos elementos exteriores.

Base Assentamento

Graças a um inovador método de construção/fixação, desenvolvido pela equipa de trabalho da Azimod®, tornámos todo o sistema de montagem mais rápido e simples, com um tempo médio de instalação no terreno de 5 dias, pois não são necessários trabalhos de escavações/movimentações de terra (salvo terrenos com condições especiais).

1. Opção parafusos metálicos (compactam o solo ao seu redor, criando uma base estável que pode suportar uma pressão axial significativa)
2. Opção blocos de pedra (solução ecológica e custo reduzido)

Isolamento

As paredes interiores são compostas por placas de contraplacado marítimo de bétula, de elevada resistência às humidades. Como isolamento térmico e acústico, usamos lã mineral de alta densidade, membranas protetoras de humidade e anti-vapor, seja no interior ou exterior das paredes. Cobertura e fachadas ventiladas. O telhado/paredes laterais são forrados com “shingle” que resiste às intempéries, isola acusticamente e resiste aos raios UV, graças à camada superior de grão de basalto utilizado (CE). Paredes, tetos e chão são construídos num sistema de camadas, de forma a proporcionar uma excelente eficiência energética.

Janelas Projetantes

As janelas possuem caixilharia com corte térmico, cujo isolamento, ajuda a manter uma ótima sensação térmica no inverno e no verão reduz a entrada de calor, evitando picos de calor e frio que afetam o nosso conforto. Janelas com dobradiça projectante, com sistema basculante e rotativo. Como segurança, no exterior da caixilharia, é utilizado um vidro laminado 44.2 de elevada resistência ao impacto.

SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC SYSTEM

Efficient, self-sustaining, and environmentally friendly. It is designed to operate autonomously, without an electrical grid, capable of being self-sustaining by generating its own energy.

The standard version of the photovoltaic system consists of:

  • 4 photovoltaic panels – 1840 W
  • 2 lithium-ion batteries – 7,2 kWh
  • 4200 W inverter

This system was designed to operate autonomously, without an electrical grid, capable of being self-sustaining by generating its own energy. Producing an average of 7 kWh per day and having batteries of equal capacity, the house can operate for 3 to 4 days in a row without sunlight.

The equipment is highly efficient, reducing energy consumption. Maintaining a comfortable lifestyle while also being environmentally friendly.

SOLAR THERMAL SYSTEM

The perfect combination of innovation, design, and usability.

The solar thermal system used integrates the heat transfer tank with insulation. The system operates with anti-corrosion protection fluid that ensures a long service life for the system. The surface of the tank is coated with a solar paint that protects against external corrosion.

It includes all support components, making it the most compact solar system on the market.

COMPOSTING TOILET

In the OFF-GRID version, we provide a composting toilet:

  • Completely odorless;
  • Separates liquids from solids;
  • Extremely lightweight.
  • High capacity – solids tank can be used by 4 people for approximately 2 weeks without needing to be emptied.

In existence since 2011, it is now manufactured in Portugal and made from recyclable materials.
